As a BACP (Accredited) Integrative Counsellor and 

BUPA Approved Counsellor & Psychotherapist​,

I specialise in working with women and believe that everyone has

the resources within them to learn,

develop and grow to fulfil their potential and

live a meaningful life. 

However, it's not always easy and sometimes it's even more difficult if we have to do it alone or with limited support and understanding from others.  Alternatively, we may not know how to ask for help and feel uncomfortable 'burdening' others.

I am warm, friendly and approachable with a genuine

interest in helping you to understand yourself better. 

I won't tell you what to do but I will, in a respectful and safe way, help you to explore what is going on for you and why you think the way you think,

feel the way you feel and do the things you do.

I understand that taking the first steps to talk about your problems can be scary but it can also be the beginning of making changes and taking control of your life.  

From my own personal counselling journey I learnt to explore what I wanted in my life as well as how to be kind to myself. 

I also realised that I wanted to become a counsellor myself

to help others change their lives in a positive way. 

I’m interested in many aspects of therapy and am committed to continuing my professional and personal development through ongoing training and lifelong learning.

I receive regular supervision to support my work and safeguard my clients and I fully welcome diversity in my practice.

My Counselling Qualifications

-  First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology

- Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling (BACP certified)

- Accredited Member of BACP

- Online & Telephone Counselling Certificate (ACTO)

- Level 6 Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working

- Registered Practitioner in Brainworking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®)

I have full liability insurance, registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
